Had a really nice time and everything looked so great. Rooting for all of us at the next one. Some times its just a case of consistancy and getting people trained to look out for the event. I know how hard you and your partner/ husband worked. Going to create an event on facebook now and tell my friends about it there. You never know...see you all soon xx

Congratulations on the organisation, I wouldn't have guessed it was your first one. I know you had worked hard on the advertising etc, and I felt very looked after. Perhaps a location where there were more people naturally walking past may be better for the future, but I hope you do more and goes from strength to strength

The craft fair seemed like it had a good mix of people selling. Nice to see some handmade crafts. Was quite dissapointed with the lack of general public. Not sure what promotion had been done? A suggestion may be to put more posters up in surrounding areas? eg Chaddesden and around. Maybe think about your target audience and places for posters, in fast food places, shop windows, schools and pubs? places where people have time to stop and read... Also, I had trouble finding the Fair cos I didnt see any posters on the main road saying 'Craft fair this way'. Print on yellow or fluorescent paper. Sounds drastic but its eye catching. Better to advertise sooner cos the more people who know the more people talk about it? Hope my comments help and I look forward to the 12th. cheers

Had a really lovely day, met some great people and it was obvious that there had been loads of effort put into the organisation and advertising.
Unfortunately it was extremely quiet and I have no idea why apart from perhaps the fact it wasn't a tourist destination that would attract people in the first place.

Hi. I had really high hopes for this craft fair. Sadly not many people turned up! I thought the organisation beforehand, your website, your room plan, everything like that looked great to me. So what happened? its a built up area, they should have been flocking in. It was a shame, I could tell you had gone to so much effort aswell, personally I love to wander around craft fairs like this with a cup of tea in hand... maybe you could offer first cup free to the customers!! Better luck with the next one, sorry I can\'t make it to that one. Jill
